Pension Suzanne

This location was perfect!! It’s not a fancy hotel but very clean and located between a boba shop and a Korean snack shop. There’s also a very good Japanese restaurant two doors down. Our day trips’ meeting place was at the Opera House, conviently located within a 3 minute walk. A very good value especially when traveling with 2 adult kids and one teenager. We booked 2 separate rooms. I would stay here again.

It is hard to write a positive enough evaluation of our stay at Pension Suzanne. Everything was superb! This is no exaggeration! Everyone involved in dealing with guests (including the wonderful owners) was professional, thoughtful, and kind. We absolutely loved every minute and hope to stay at Pension Suzanne soon again!

Great Location for the innere stadt - the staff is nice , however the rooms and general ambiance has become slightly shabby .

Location was excellent. The apartment was clean and served it’s purpose. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all as we were in a different building to the hotel/pension. We were given a key to enter through a dingy dark entrance to get to our apartment. On the plus side there is an amazing cake shop next door and lots of restaurants within walking distance, so 10/10 for location.

This hotel is the best find for being right in the center of Vienna. People were so helpful and everything is in walking distance.

Ideal location right by the Opera. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious coffee and breakfast, lots of character in this traditional pension. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is located in the middle of Vienna about 2 or 3 minutes walk to Karlplatz ring road and the trams. And about 2 minutes walk to Kartner street which is the shopping mall which runs through to St Stephens Cathedral. Needless to say it’s beautiful. The property is quiet after midnight ( this is when it is needed) until 10am in the morning. Phew. After which the buzz of diners and cars down the street is heard. The city is alive. Everything is walkable from Suzanne, museums, operas, art galleries. It’s worth taking tge subway to Copa Beach, for a quiet morning ice latte and sitting near the river. The red line on the subway. Buying a 3 day pass is relatively cheap way to travel. We did the two day pass and it worked a charm. Don’t forget to validate it as soon as you want to travel, because it starts to countdown after you validate it. And it works on trams & the subway. We had a very enjoyable 3 nights at Suzanne. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. No fridge for you water or breakfast food. Our room had a portable air conditioner. Nice. Need it on hot days.

Wonderful location with great restaurant across the street. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Room was small but we got the lowest priced one. Yes we would go back.
