Pertschy Palais Hotel

The staff are excellent. However the rooms have no air con and fan is not sufficient for summer heatwave. Location fab.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The room was spotless and looked exactly as advertised in the photos. The location is fantastic, offering incredibly easy access to all the major attractions. Furthermore, the staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating. We also opted for the buffet breakfast (€15 per person), which was absolutely worth the price.

The room is reasonably clean, but let down by old, low-grade furnishings. It is also clearly a partitioned space, as it lacks a proper door frame. A major downside is the lack of air-con, which caused the room to become unpleasantly stuffy, if you do not turn on the fan. (yes, a 4-stars hotel with a fan) Excellent location, walking distance of numerous key attractions.

I absolutely adored the staff. They were really kind and nice. Special thanks to the staff at the restaurant. The hotel is at an excellent spot and it's easy to go around everywhere. You can walk almost everywhere but if needed you can have access to bus and trains.

My husband and I loved our stay here ! The size of the room is great! We stayed in 5 different hotels over our honeymoon and this one was our favorite! It was the largest of all the rooms we stayed in, and the most comfortable bed as well. The elevator was great as well, many of our hotels in Europe we had to carry our bags up flights of stairs so this was a nice touch. The location was also perfect! Overall amazing stay here!

Very nice hotel close to downtown museums, etc. - clean and quiet. We enjoyed breakfast (15 Euro per person if not specifically included). This property DOES NOT have laundry facilities for guests, despite the amenities statement currently on *******. There is a nice elevator.
