Welcoming 4Br Shared Apt.-Best Location

We had a horrible experience,went there to check in after 3 as said in the website ,building didn’t have any numbers but we waited for some residents to come out of the building so they could confirm us that we were at there right place ,anyway we go up and tried to open the key safe with the code we were given at the booking confirmation,tried all 4 boxes and none of them opened ,after having tried a couple times we decided to give a call to the number of the person renting the place,didn’t get any response and it seemed the number wasn’t functional.We stayed there for like an hour behind the door trying to call continuously until it seemed pointless staying and waiting more so we booked another hotel nearby.

Don't booking this room in cheating this is no room ony empty building

We didn’t get to stay in the room as they did not provide the bed quantity advertised. It has been 4 days and they have not refunded us either. Poor communication

I arrived up at the property at 16:15 on my check-in day after completing the forms online. There was no way to access the property, the phone number did not work, I did not receive a reply to message through the booking portal or What'sApp. ******* was also was unable to contact the property while I sat outside for 2 hours. This posed a major safety issue as I was traveling with medication that requires refrigeration. I ended up walking across the street and booking a room at an actual hotel. Would never recommend this to anyone.
