The appartment was well cleaned and new. We enjoyed how close to the train station is located, making it easy arriving late in the night from the airport. The area nearby was quiet and there are several shops. The small kitchen, fridge and cutlery were enough for making something to eat. In addition, check-in and check-out can be done fully electronically.

It was self-service during the weekends. Would prefer to have a better quality fan in the room.

Enjoy my stay. Less than 5 mins walk to train station with great supermarket. nice and clean stay for short lay over. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Like the chilling cold weather, bed was comfortable and hot water heater was consistent.

Very convenient location near the central train station. The accommodation is very comfortable, quite complete with a kitchenette in the room too. Check-in was very easy. Would definitely consider picking this place again for a next stay.

Location is good but really hot, even we have opened the window (actually can only open a little bit) and two fan but still not well ventilated.

Nice hotel located right next Wein central station . Room is modern theme and equipped with basic amenities. There are plenty of restaurants along the walking streets which is just 200m walk away from the hotel

Location wise, extremely convenient. Right by the central station, easy access to/from Airport. The hop on/off bus stop is also there. A great plus point! Here’s what and why it gets a low rate from me - self service. There’s no receptionist on site so everything is done thru their “smart” system which is actually troublesome, esp if you book thru a 3rd party app like Trip.com. You can only access the hotel using a pin code that’ll be delivered to your email. Mine unfortunately doesn’t match and had to wait a long time outside in the cold trying to figure it out. Can’t retrieve my booking and ended calling up (there’s a phone in the lobby to call for assistance) for help. Fortunately for me, there’s a staff who came in and help. Do note that no staff will be around outside office hrs. Room is decent, small but compact with small kitchen with microwaves. The coffee machine was faulty but we couldn’t get it replaced as their housekeeping team has left. All in all, it’s still a nice hotel for a short stay.

Room is humid and warm with no air conditioning system, shampoo stuff are mixed with handwash which is weird, service is average, when I called to check if we can put our baggage in there for a bit since the room is not ready and we want to go to the city, the person answered with attitude : ‘it’s weekend ofc u can’t put it to reception because there is no people watching ur stuff, u can wait in the lobby till ur room is ready tho’. Not liking it. And we booked a room with two beds, when we enter it’s a kings bed but we are two girls travelling we prefer two. The call is not getting through after we enter the room, it’s just two days so we just settled.

Very good locations and Amazing prices. I will choose there next time. It may be a little bit hot in the summer. I haven't found any AC

Excellent location minutes walking to Central Train Station. Easy Self check in at 1500hrs

Everything is very good. Only one thing need to comment is hotel should be send the instruction for open the entrance door before check in in advance. Because some customer were during trip, they may be not able to open and check email. If you send the instruction in advance, it's help us easier when check in.

There is no place to store luggage, which is very inconvenient.

Service is on your own including check in etc. some guests were having problem checking into the system. Overall a modern and clean service apartment. Will book again.

Nice location, friendly employers and nice rooms. Close to Wien central station, and in the OBB building, lots of stores including big super market.
