A beautiful new lodge with well-maintained grounds. The staff is very attentive and even sang a wonderful African song to my husband for his birthday. There's a shuttle service to and from the waterfall every hour throughout the day. They also help with organizing helicopter tours. The evening menu is delicious. The breakfasts are also excellent.

I highly recommend Angeline in the spa for a full body massage! I came straight from VC walk and was able to shower quick before massage. She was so kind and accommodating to my areas needing attention and adjusted firmness perfectly. Best massage ever and ive had many!

The service was amazing. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Always said hello and was always making sure we had everything we needed the rooms were wonderful. The customer service of Mouzie the shuttle bus driver was incredible. Nothing was a problem for him and he accommodated all our requests to different locations. Vincent the activities guy was great in assisting us with any activities we wanted to do. Overall an excellent location and experience.

A stunning oasis just a short drive from Victoria Falls. Quiet, not crowded and beautiful with huge rooms, super clean and the best pillows in the world! The staff are wonderful and there is a handy shuttle to town - a shout out to driver Muzie who was super friendly and dropped us exactly where we wanted to go. Five stars for this lovely resort.

Superb accommodation, friendly staff and excellent food from the in house chef Suniboy. Our stat was warm and welcome and relaxed and I loved every minute. Exquisite. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to the falls!!

Stayed here when visiting Victoria Falls & thought it was great. Location is very central to most things on offer in area, staff are super friendly & helpful, room is super comfortable (although a bit on the small side) & property grounds with swimming pools are wonderful. Food in restaurant is very nice but we found menu a little short on options.
