Telegraph House Motel
"The motel is built with thin wall, we heard ppl talking all night outside our room until 3 in the mid-night……horrible!"
Travels Inn Victoria County
"The service was excellent, the location was convenient, the view from the window was beautiful, and the environment was quiet. However, the facilities were a bit outdated. But the price was reasonable, and the Wi-Fi signal was pretty good. It's a good option."
Auberge Gisele's Inn
"After arriving at the hotel, I walked around it three times before finally finding Cheak Check-in. It turned out to be in the restaurant. There was only one employee in the entire hotel. The environment was quite nice, and it was conveniently located near several restaurants. The room provided a microwave and bottled water."
Castle Rock Country Inn
The Iona Heights Inn
"We are returning guests. We feel comfortable living in Iona Heights every time."
Silver Dart Lodge
"It should be newly renovated and very clean. The location is also good, the view room faces the sea and you can watch the sunrise."
Glenghorm Beach Resort
"A very accessible location if you were doing the scenic Cabot Trail or needed a remote getaway. Our cottage was just next to a nice sandy beach. Equipped with swings, a BBQ, and a kitchen, this getaway has the essentials most groups would need. The staff was also very friendly when we arrived and exited. Keep in mind Jul and Aug is the peak season around here so it's reflected in the price. The property is also older so while they keep it clean, some doors and windows might not close well or there are holes in the nets etc. Some fix ups and it could be a great place for a week with the family."
Kelly's View Motel
"Very nice owner was especially pleased with all of her information about the area"
Lantern Hill & Hollow
"We stayed one night in the white sands suite which was absolutely beautiful. The most peaceful nights sleep of our entire trip around Nova Scotia. Great location right on the beach."

Sea Breeze Cottages
Ingonish Chalets
"I was surprised to find that check-in and check-out were entirely self-service, with no staff present. The room was fully equipped, and you could bring your own food to cook. The only problem was the blanket, which was heavy and damp. Breakfast was not provided, even if you paid for it, but there was an ice cream shop nearby that locals frequented."
Blue Bayou Resort, Cape Breton
"Love the domes. Great glamping experience. Keep in mind that this is still camping: the walls are thin, there’s no Wi-Fi and there are some bugs. Unfortunately it poured rain so we couldn’t take advantage of the low light pollution area. Would have loved to see the stars through the skylight but the skylights (and the ceiling fan!) need cleaning. Beautiful area along the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton."
