Global Hotel

We were greeted by a huge cockroach. We tried to flush it down the toilet but the water was not going away so we were stuck with a floating dead cockroach. There was hair on the floor. Lots of lizard poop on the walls just above the bed. Bad location too, nothing around the hotel and far away from all places to be (like Financial Park and ferry terminal). Even though it very cheap, it definitely worth to spend just a bit extra money and move to a better hotel in the similar price range, which is what we did for our second night on Labuan. For a little bit more, we got a clean, modern hotel in a much more convenient location.

Receptionist Listina was helpful in arranging a round the island tour which was particularly meaningful. Will inform our business associates on such hospitality. Can i have the email contact of Hotel Gobal be emailed to ******************* Chong - Singapore

The facilities look kind of odd and the aircond isn't cool enough. The bathing area was inside the bathtub make it inconvenience for elder citizen to stand into the bathtub. And its dangerous if its slippery can cause fall in the bathroom. I didnt share the photo as i forgot to take the photos of the bathroom

Room smelled heavily of smoke, its a hotel for workers who stay over shortly not really for tourists, it was fine for a night

Hotel is a bit run down but very centrally located and good for a short stay. Staff were helpful and lots of eating places nearby.
