Very comfortable bed and appreciated they allowed our pets, too. Better than average breakfast. Everyone was super friendly.

Booked 2 rooms for family. One room had to be changed due to mold/mildew odor. TV did not work in either room. When front desk was notified she said she didn’t know if any of the TV’s worked. “They are down right now”. Urine was on the back of the toilet. The floors were sticky and had crumbs. The walls have all been patched and terrible paint jobs. We stayed here because we had a pet, but I would definitely pay more for my pet to stay somewhere else.

This hotel appears nice and modern from the pictures online. However inside is very outdated, holes in walls, patched carpet and smells of pot in hallways. Our door didnt work correctly. We got new keys but still took about 5 min to get in room each time. And had to use shoulder and whole body to push door open, slightly off hinge, could see gap around frame. There was blood on shower curtain but that was quickly changed when brought to their attention. Just felt dirty while staying there.

The room was not good at all. It had mold in the bathroom. The bath tub faucet leaked hot water, thus creating moisture and mold.

Furniture stained and smelly, floors filthy (do not dare walk in room without socks on), fire sprinkler in ceiling constantly dripping on floor, shampoo and soap dispensers in shower were empty, etc.

Trash cans were full. Carpet has crumbs all over it. No towels in bath. We changed rooms.
Early in the morning of check out the staff walked in. Opened the bath while my wife was bathing. I'm deaf and didn't hear the knock. Staff should have checked first to see if we had checked out before attempting to enter.

The hotel didn’t have a room for me even though I had a reservation number from you to the credit of the hotel they attempted to call me and they left a voicemail letting me know that even though your AP booked me a room they were sold out and completely booked. My first time using this AP and this happened others have told they have had the same issue
