Absolutely Disgusting – Do Not Stay Here
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy, smelled awful, and was infested with bugs. It was so bad that we turned around and left immediately—there was no way we could safely or comfortably stay even one night.
I informed the front desk immediately, and they assured me that I would receive a refund. That was a lie. Now they’re completely ignoring Expedia’s calls and refusing to cooperate to issue the refund I was promised.
This place is a scam. They know their rooms are uninhabitable and yet still take people’s money. I’m currently disputing the charge through my bank because neither the hotel nor ******* has done the right thing. If you value cleanliness, safety, or customer service—do NOT book this hotel.
To the hotel: You need to do the right thing and contact ******* to release my refund immediately. Stop dodging responsibility

The one thing that left a mark on me was how kind and sweet and helpful. Leslie was in the breakfast area. That woman loves her job and is so extremely pleasant. She couldn’t do enough for everybody to make sure all their needs were met. Please find a way to recognize her. It’s extremely pleasant to find somebody who likes their job and enjoys helping you.

Room was nice but they are still under Covid restrictions. They no longer offer a shuttle or continental breakfast and they restrict internet usage. As much as I paid for the room I should be able to use a gaming console or tablet on the internet if I choose to.

There was a woman that was yelling all night. She woke me up 4 times during the night. Someone was smoking in the elevator.
The city of Vicksburg was very run down. There was the smell of smoke and **** throughout the city.

Cheap, dirty hotel room. Beds were very hard, lamp shades stained, tub dirty. It was fine for just an overnight stay, but wouldn’t stay here again.

Do the Right Thing
Not good right away because right off that bat arrived at 248 to check in no one was in lobby or at desk I stated checking in she check in is 300 I said it is 250 she then said actually it’s 248 and she could check is in at 300. No other guests was ever there then at 300 she called us that we now can check in so petty. Not even going to waste more words to describe my stay.

Hotel is in need of many repairs. Safe was broken, dressers has broken doors, mini fridge not working, nasty stains on furniture, tables appear to be used for a chopping block, they ration the in room coffee, no shuttle to ****** that is 1/2 mile away, no restaurant, no guest laundry, luggage cart only available to use if you surrender your id….. just to mention a few things
