Upon arriving, we were greeted by the front desk clerk on duty at the time. She acknowledged my choice membership, and went over my payment details. She was so friendly and professional. I told her she was so refreshing! After a long and trying day, just her smile and great attitude really lifted my spirits. I could tell that she was a little tired as well but still managed to provide great customer service with a smile. Thank you. Our room was very clean despite a pack of cheese and bottled water being left in the refrigerator. Everything else was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were too soft for my liking but overall i slept well. We had some noisy kids above us, i called the front desk and apparently they gave them a call because they did tone down, so i appreciated that as it was getting a little late and we were ready to turn in for the night. Other than that, everything was great. Absolutely will stay again.
