Staff looks lazy and not very helpful. No soap, shampoo or blow dryer in the room. Its just a room.

Location was good for places to eat and easy access to the highway and town. BUT the overall cleanliness of the facility left much to be desired. breakfast was almost nonexistent- and the dinning area was not cleaned after others ate.

The place was not clean the restroom floors were dirty, the tables in the dining area always rocked they were not stable. No soap or shampoo in the restroom, the table and desk in the rooms did not look like they had been wrapped down. Entrance door scanner was broken. water stains in the ceiling. Towels had spots on them, refrigerator rocked. Remote control was dirty.

The room i paid for i did not get i got two small beds and i reserved a king bed with upgraded stuff. Then the bath was so dirty dirt all on the wall with a kids wash cloth still in the shower. The ironing board had no cover to be aable to use it. Staff actblike oh well when you let them know.

It was functionally okay. The hotel was very run down and dirty. It seriously needs and update. Dirty walls. Something I could not ID on the lampshades.

The room was under kept and the free continitental breakfast, did not have half of the items that we were told they would. Also the parking was not the best.

I understand that it was a crisis going on where people were without power. Understand the staff may was pushed harder but I checked in a bit early. I had to change my own sheets even though she said he just cleaned the one. My sheets had hair and stains on them. I stayed here one time before and it wasn’t bad. I give it a 6 out of 10. Staff was good at check in.

Staff was absolutely amazing. (Front desk) Room was just okay. Reserved the superior instead of deluxe and was pretty disappointed. Windows were cracked and had bullet holes. Could hear everything. Was definitely not the cleanest, although the hallway and front desk area smelt very nice. Towels were stained brown and toilet was not bolted down. We did not stay for breakfast. This place definitely needs a makeover. You get what you pay for.

They went up on price of rooms because there was a union outage. People were
