We stayed for a week and found the hotel and restaurant to exceed our expectations. The hotel is ideally located near the beach and a beautiful park nearby. It is also in walking distance to the train station for visiting Pisa Lucca Florence etc. Our room in the hotel was pleasant and cleaned daily to a high standard. We also enjoyed the restaurant inside and eating on the patio area outside. The food was outstanding with great choices. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful with a special mention to Alex who looked after us. We would love to visit Viareggio and this wonderful hotel again soon

My mother stayed in this hotel the first week of July for 8 nights, my husband and I only one night because we had organized to accompany her and stop the next day. Rooms called “dependence”, in fact are rooms from ex-storey/garage on the hotel's interior parking, small, wet and noisy. We were told at the time of the booking that the room was in a separate building from the main body inside the courtyard of the property and from the photos it was not big, but that would not be a problem. But what was not understood and not specified was that it was precisely that it was rooms that were certainly stores or cantines, because the ceiling was two metres away, and the real places, The only way to get the door is to be the only source of light and air. Moreover, the balance must be made at the check-in, now I understand why, if we had seen the room before paying we would certainly have gone. Price 120 euros per day in B&B treatment because considered a single double, a thief for a room like this. The hotel only saves the seafront position and the girl of breakfast, gentle and sympathetic. For the rest of the ruined holiday and bad experience to forget.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in a junior suite for three adults plus our puppy with a sea view and balcony. The staff are brilliant being very professional, engaging and highly efficient. The hotel is spotlessly clean, food is great including room service and there are loads of free extras including car parking, bikes, tennis etc. The beach is a short walk across one road and the area is quiet. We have had a fabulous time at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to all friends and family who want to visit Tuscany and experience something very special. Thank you so much to the whole team at Versilia Lido Una Esperienze for an amazing holiday - we will return.

Excellent
I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. From the reception staff especially Julien, also in- house service and waiting staff. Extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of breakfast options to cater for everyone’s palette. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the beach. The toiletries were also of great quality. Thank you to everyone who made our stay very memorable. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Viareggio.

GGuest UserA wonderful stay at the Hotel Present in Viareggio on the Tuscany coast: We recently enjoyed a wonderful holiday to the lively resort of Viareggio on the Tuscany coast. We chose this resort as we wanted to have the best of both worlds - time to relax and time to explore some of the beautiful towns & cities in the region at an affordable price. Viareggio is perfectly placed to do all of this. We stayed at the Hotel President & are planning to return next year as we found the hotel to be perfect for our needs & so comfortable. The staff were so helpful and special mention must be made to the following: Nadim, Elisa, Matilda, Franco & Laila. The breakfast was excellent with buffet choices, as well as a la carte selections. We also enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant with excellent food and faultless service. The bar was a lovely setting for an aperitif or after dinner drinks and the service was nothing short of excellent! Restaurant and bar prices are very good compared to other hotels we have stayed in during our visits to Italy. We booked a room with a balcony overlooking the seafront after reading other reviews and were so glad we made the decision! To be able to see the beach and promenade starting to come to life in the mornings, as well as the street market setting up on Thursday was wonderful. The room is itself was cleaned daily and fresh towels and bed linen were provided regularly. We were able to visit Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Montecatini using the local train service and a visit to the upmarket resort of Forte dei Marmi was made using the local bus, with a stroll around the fashion market whilst we were there. We will be back!

GGuest UserWe have been for a weekend of leisure at the Hotel San Francisco in VIareggio, found ” at flight ” the place in the Network, and I must say it was a beautiful holiday. The rooms have recently been renovated, very beautiful, complete soundproofing, All the very modern and functional furniture, the fridge, shower accessories, honoured shoes, perfectly functioning television, ( sometimes in other locations I found some that I had to spend time only to The hotel was a good place to re-function, but it was a ”professional deformation” :) and courtesy and customer care made me to include the hotel among the favorites when we return to that city. With the balcony just in front of the walk and the sea, and (what to be stressed) breakfast on the panoramic terrace just in front of the sea made our stay something to remember. I advise you very warmly, even at the reception, they made four to give us information and suggest us the daily parking, I would also spend the double to do it ”normal”.

GGuest UserI was during the week of the Carnival, with my daughter and my dog, I found this hotel free and I didn't hesitate to book, I must say that it broadly met my expectations, Excellent location 200 mt from the walk where the carnival was held, a large and excellent cleaning room, the staff of the reception very gentle and prepared and I do not forget the super breakfasts prepared by Mary with kindness and courtesy, I am very advised and I think I will not hesitate to book at the next Carnival.
