Was disappointed as the sauna should be booked at least the day before and extra charged. Breakfast was nice . Location is too far away. Wouldn’t come back

The room was not as upto our expectations. There was no vanity in the room, the bed was very stiff and the bathroom was very small, especially the shower space. The lift itself was very slow and there was chlorine like smell in the hallways

The hotel is so nice, the staff is amazing and helpful. It’s very quiet, it has windows, you can hear the birds singing, it’s very quiet. Only few mins to the center walking and they also have a parking for 10 euros the night which is good because finding parking is hard. We loved our stay there and we would go back if we visitVerona

Staff were excellent, so friendly and could speak English. Hotel room was a little small but perfectly useable and clean. Nice relaxing garden / outdoor section to relax in. We used the Verona hire bikes right outside to / from city centre. Bus to / from train station also on doorstep. Easy and cheap!

A very good hotel. I was very satisfied with the environment and cleanliness. The front desk staff were also very helpful and responsive. Thank you to them for the free late check-out until 12:30. Taking bus number 11 from the central station leads directly to the hotel's back entrance, and you can also take bus number 11 to major attractions, which is very convenient. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The structure is clean and tidy, the spa is beautiful, it's a shame that access is limited to a few hours.

I think it's the worst location for travelers. It's far from the station and also from tourist attractions. I walked there. It takes 30 minutes. It's a distance that you should take a bus from the station rather than walking. The room is spacious and comfortable. It seems like everything except the room is paid. Breakfast was okay.
