Don't be taken in by the write up. Firstly this is not a bed and breakfast. This is a couple of rooms above a cafe with no room service that will for an extra £15 each give you a breakfast in the cafe. ( It is a wonderful breakfast but does not make up for it) rooms at the top of done very steep very dangerous stairs.. room very basic very poor and so called private bathroom had no external lock so other guests used it for the toilet.. yes in centre but that just meant noisy drinks and people smoking ***** below our window.. overall not worth the money...

As a B&B: Perfect location. Laughable door locks (could be opened with literally anything I guess). Constant smell from the sewers. The room design is okish, except for the dead bird "modern installation" and awkward photos "art". No room service during 4 days of our stay (though we didn't need one actually). Spare towels and enough toiletries is a bonus. Really challenging way (narrow stairs) to climb to the rooms. A lot of noise from both the cafeteria below, from some construction works in the building almost every day and from other guests passing through & the staff working just behind the thin room wall. Good they've put curtains on the windows, because the look from them is just an industrious nothing and other numbers can see directly what you do in your room from like 3 meters range. The toilet seat is super high and it's not screwed well enough to the ceramic part. All in all it's almost worth the money, at least in this town.

Pleasant service and very good location. But the rooms appear very worn with large cracks between the floor and wall. The beds are bad and the sheets itchy.

Deze b en b ligt heel centraal, en ook vlakbij het station. Mijn kamer (1) was ruim, wel muffe geur in de badkamer, gemaskeerd met veel luchtverfrisser. En aan de zonzijde, dus warm. ( er is een ventilator). Fijn dat er een waterkoker op de kamer is voor thee en koffie. Ontbijt is erg lekker, yoghurt met granola en lekkere broodjes. Jammer dat je maar 1 kopje koffie krijgt, maar verder alles super.

Heerlijk genoten van een ontbijtje. Je kunt deze zelf samenstellen. Erg veel keuze. Van standaard broodjes met allerlei beleg tot verschillende yoghurts met huisgemaakte granola. Qua drank ook veel keuze, van groene smoothie tot huisgemaakte soda's! Vanmorgen gekozen voor een bruin broodje, roerei met bacon en Griekse yoghurt met granola. Kreeg het maar net op! Bij de reservering aangegeven dat we iets te vieren hadden en vervolgens hadden ze de tafel voorzien van slingers!
