Absolutely fabulous b&b close to all attractions. Beautiful room which was absolutely huge with a huge bathroom as well. Decorated in a lovely traditional Venetian style. Warm welcome from the owner and a lovely breakfast with fresh coffee, warm croissants and cheese and ham toasties as well as fresh bread, cereal, fruit and other items. Would highly recommend.

We were greeted by young lad Philippe ( I believe Davide's son) . He kindly offered help with the luggage and showed us to our room. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Shower ( was warned by my wife that showers in Venice are not powerful enough) was great and it didn't disappoint. The biggest surprise was in the morning to get fantastic view from the window, breath-taking, can seat all day watching boats and gondola's passing by. Davide has been brilliant throughout the stay, prepared breakfast, provided useful information, and nothing was to much for him with my silly requests. Hotel itself is on the quiet street, so you wouldn't be awaken by busy crowds of tourist if you would like to have a lying, but only few minutes walk from the restaurants and market. 15 minutes walk to all main tourist attractions in Venice and good 25 minutes walk to the main train station. Overall Venice given amazing impression of friendly people, fantastic architecture, delicious food and wine. Can not wait to come back and thank you for having us.

posizionato in una traversa di cannareggio quindi equidistante da piazzale Roma (una ventina di minuti a piedi) e da Piazza San Marco (una quindicina di minuti a piedi) è un bb confortevole gestito da famiglia mattina colazione portano loro cornetti, etc..

Ottima posizione. Beb pulito, accogliente e ben organizzato. La colazione buona. Il titolare sempre pronto e disponibile. Raggiungibile piazza San Marco con una passeggiata. Quartiere pieno di locali tra cui scegliere. Ottima posizione defilata, ad un passo da tutto ma fuori dal caos. Tutto perfetto

Proche toutes commodités, "il Palazzetto" est un excellent logement. L'accueil y est chaleureux, le service au top, la literie de très bonne qualité, le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié. C'est un très bon séjour que nous recommandons vivement.

Hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Leider total hellhörig. Man wurde wach, wenn die Gäste in der Nacht nach Hause kamen und die Haustür zuschlugen, oder sich im Flur bzw. vor der Haustür lauthals unterhielten. Zudem das Getrampel über uns und das Abwasserrohr, welches durch unser Fenster ging. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, aber nicht so schön wie die anderen auf den Fotos. Dusche und Bad und WC integriert. Leider konnten wir die Fenster zum lüften nicht geöffnet lassen, da dann direkt Mücken rein kamen, da sollte dringend ein Fliegennetz hin. Der Besitzer ist freundlich, aber sehr reserviert. Rechnete am Ende leider mehr ab, als per App angegeben. Frühstück war ok, es gab aber nicht wirklich Auswahl. Keine typische italienische Wurst oder Käse. Ansonsten liegt es ruhig und sehr zentral.
