Unfair description of rooms. the description does not correspond to the fact, the owner deliberately hides the lack of balconies in those rooms, which he calls "view of the city": in fact, this is a technical shaft between houses with sewer and ventilation pipes. There is no wardrobe, no dishes at all, no refregirator, heated rowel rail doesn’t work, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. When we chose room in november, there was no fotos to each room, only luxary general fotos, no information. An individual marketing fraud is the overpricing of a small room compared to others - a larger area and overlooking the canal. This is aimed at overestimating its value - to create the illusion of increased demand and implement it in the first place. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! There is no guarantee that if you book one, you will not get a storage room

One flat pillow each Fridge that leaks Flies coming out plug holes Not one glass for dental purposes Shower mouldy needs a good scrub No view as advertised Bed pictures are not at all what it looks like Fridge leaks what’s the point in the fridge Asked on first day for extra pillow and a glass you would think I asked for a refund the host Thomas was so patronisingly rude in his reply implying I should stay in a hotel and pay more if I wanted two pillows and clean bathroom and a glass All he had to do was offer for the cleaner to give us one that day that is all 60th birthday trip ruined if it wasn’t for beautiful Venice x A disgrace book elsewhere people it’s just awful and looks like I’m not the only one as the review book has had all its pages ripped out 🤣 and judging by other reviews I’m not wrong Rude host reply

10/10 you must stay here!! This place has big rooms, it’s located in an amazing location and is very cozy! Will definitely return when in Venice!!

Amazing location Amazing location, easy to get to all the attractions. Very cute balcony. The room was very large. The bed and pillows were quite firm and the shower drain was plugged. If you’re here for a short stay, this place gets the job done!

Not so good service The place is ok in average but the issue is with the service. The place did not provide SOAP at all and when the TOILET PAPER is running low, we were told to "GET IT IN THE NEARBY MARKET". We are not talking about lux or fancy items. We are talking about basic necessities. I will stay at the hotel next time.

Large bathroom and shower in a pretty room. Property faces away from Rialto so it is very quiet at all times excepr when the occasional reveler comes home. The apartment is on the third floor so there are a lot of steps.
