Amazing room, price is high but not compared to others in the region, you get shampoo slippers and everything you need. Receptionists are lovely the bed was slightly crooked but very comfy, the bad reviews scared me but it was really really amazing. The location is insanely good

I wanted to book a slightly larger hotel in Venice, and after seeing photos on Trip.com, I quickly made a reservation. When I walked into the narrow alleys of Venice and found this hotel in a lane only about 1.2 meters wide, I was quite surprised. It looked nothing like the pictures online. It seems the photos on Trip.com were just scenic shots and had little to do with the actual hotel; I felt a bit misled. Although it's listed as a 'hotel' online, it's really more of a guesthouse or B&B, just using the name 'hotel.' The room was very small, and in the shower, you'd hit the wall just trying to turn around. However, most rooms in the old town on Venice Island are small, which is understandable, but I still don't like being misled. The owner was very friendly, and the service was decent.

The hotel was  centrally located, and can’t say enough about the staff who were friendly and very helpful with directions, maps, and suggestions.  Our room was clean and well kept, a little older and have to say the 3 star was fairly rated.  That said, we would stay here again.  Staff and location would win the day.

The hotel was easy to get to from the station and it was centrally located so we could walk to many places easily. The room had coffee and water facilities which was a nice addition after a long day.

Great location can walk to St Marks Square. Perfect for carnival. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was amazing.

For Venice, it's pretty good value for money.

Great value to money

Great was great location, but this hotel is more like a hostel, no lift, no amenities, no nothing, breakfast was mediocre at best. I wouldn't stay here again. Staff was very friendly though.

This hotel was fantastic for the price. Location was better than I could have hoped for. Breakfast was amazing and staff was very friendly. I will certainly stay here next time I’m in Venice.
