The hotel was in a quiet part of Venice. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade on arrival, but the jacuzzi tub was slightly dirty.

When I checked into a four-star hotel, I asked about the use of WC. The receptionist asked me to go outside at the corner. For the view of the canal, I only booked the annex building. Although the room decoration was still within the standard, the floor was on the 0th floor and there were windows outside the window. The railing is about the same level as the ship. The TV signal reception machine has been having poor contact. I asked the hotel staff three times to deal with it. In the middle of the night, Xiudou was too lazy to call again. I asked her for the Internet password before I gave it to her. Later, the toilet flushed. There was a water problem. The buttons were stuck and the water kept flowing. Although the hotel staff came to fix it, the successive problems and the view of the canal outside the railing had greatly affected the mood of the stay.

The price is reasonable! But the floor height of the room is too low, making it a very depressing living space. However, the roof is made of mirror material, which suddenly dissipates the depressive mood! The service at the front desk is very attentive and polite! Overall assessment is not recommended.

I went to Venice for the Biennale. The Liassidi Palace hotel was very comfortable, excellent room, very quiet, very clean. Excellent service and breakfast. I will definitely return to this beautiful 4 star hotel.
