Good location being only 3 mins to St Marks Square. Comfortable room and nice breakfast spread. Friendly staff.

We stayed in a quadruple room. The hotel is very close to Piazza San Marco, about a three-minute walk. There's a street full of delicious food right outside. The facilities are very complete and upscale. The only downside is that the air conditioning doesn't work before June. You can only open the windows for ventilation, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. I was woken by mosquito bites both nights. The staff were very polite and had a nice smile.

You get what you pay for. I think this is a very cost-effective hotel on the island of Venice. The side door of the hotel is close to the river and you can see the Bridge of Sighs! It is very convenient to enter and exit the square and the clock tower

If you're on the water, it's recommended to store your luggage in advance. The train station is about a 30-minute walk away, with many small shops along the way and a lot of stairs.

The location is excellent, only a 5-minute walk to St. Mark's Basilica. The front desk upgraded our room for free, and the room has a great view from the window. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Hygiene is very good. There is a small bar next to the river on the first floor, where you can have a glass of wine and watch Gandola go by. Cozy

It was a very good stay. Although it was a little difficult to access the hotel from the airport (I felt even more so because it was raining), the hotel had good access to St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge, and you could walk to many places. I did. The front desk was also very kind and nice. The ceiling of the room was a little low, but it was a very nice, compact room with Venetian decor. The bathroom was also clean. The negative point was that the heating in the room was inoperable (it wouldn't turn off completely even if I turned it off), so I had to open the window all night. Thanks to that, I got a lot of mosquito bites even though it was November. . Also, the built-in hair dryer was of the type that stopped working due to heat, and it was difficult to use as it could not run continuously for more than 20 seconds. Once it cooled down, it could be used again.

The hotel is excellent, the location is right in the center. The service is amazing, the room is excellent, very beautiful. I recommend to all.

The location was great. You can visit St. Mark's Square in 3 minutes on foot, so you can go sightseeing anytime. Also, the service was good, not only did they take my luggage to my room, but they even held my luggage after I checked out. I am grateful. I want to go again.

Great hotel in the heart of Venice. Stayed for 2 nights. Excellent breakfasts. Arranged a boat trip around the city. We'll be back in a year. Cons - the large bed in the room consisted of two small ones, they are moving apart)
