Hotel looking antique,clean n nice.However no electric kettle,coffee,tea,sugar n creamer sachets given.Room quite congested as outside view was facing other rooms.Lift available but Venice is not for old,sick,knee problems n with heavy bags travellers as we had to carry the luggages crossing few bridges to reach our hotel.

It is convenient and is near to the train station and the bus station. Nearly all things are good, except there is some black spot on the washroom while showering and bathing.

So the place is mist central and nera by central station.
But the room was terrible,the air conditioner is not cold,i yold that to reception and they give me a venta.
But i need to told that sometimes that air conditioner is not working properly,for Venice is too much.
Without air conditioner you can die on summer.
So choose it right

The location is excellent. The room is clean. But the WIFI in the room was very weak. It gets disconnected often.

I recently stayed at this hotel, but it unfortunately left a lot to be desired. While the room was spacious, it felt very dated and in need of some updates. The windows shook every time I walked into the room, which was unsettling. On top of that, there were mosquitoes in the room, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep.
Basic amenities were also missing—no tea or coffee was provided, which was disappointing. The hair dryer was a throwback to the 1970s and barely worked; it made noise but didn’t actually dry hair. Small details like this added to the sense that the room needed more attention.
Overall, while the space itself was large, the experience felt lacking. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re prepared for minimal amenities, outdated features, and some unwelcome bugs.

The room was very clean and we loved the details in the furnishings. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in getting us information or scheduling what we needed such as a porter and our private gondola ride. The food was pretty good. We were scheduled to have dinner on the terrace but do to the rain we had dinner in the main dining room. One of the main courses on the menu was not available. They substituted chicken which was very plain and dry. It was just a chicken breast baked in the oven. Nothing special on it or done with the chicken. Overall dinner was just not what I would expect for a high class restaurant.
