Hotiday Room Collection - Venezia Santa Lucia

The hotel facilities are outdated, the room furniture is very old, and the entire facility is very old. The key issue is that the shower door cannot be closed, causing it to be drafty and cold. The hotel as a whole does not match its high room rate.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good, near the train station and ferry stop. The room was a bit dated, with poorly functioning fixtures. The bathroom had dim lighting and a shower in the bathtub... The buffet was very poor. I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

Very good location, close to the train station, very convenient to travel. Very good room, spacious bathroom, lots of breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Venice.

The hotel occupies part of the rooms of the Amedeus hotel. There is a capsule coffee machine in the rooms, but mine was being renovated. The room overlooks the road along which a large flow of people goes to the station. The bathroom and toilet are at different ends of the room, the refrigerator is in the wardrobe with clothes.

If you need to: live near the train station, within a 5-minute walk, and don't want to carry your suitcase across the bridge, you can book this. Because I was assigned to the first floor, there was no sunlight at all, but the staff at the front desk were very nice. I booked the wrong room type, and they helped me solve it in the end. Thank you very much. The free breakfast was beyond my expectation, with many varieties and delicious. The hotel as a whole has a very old feel. But there are no new buildings in Venice, which is understandable.

The location is very convenient, the price is very cheap, and it comes with breakfast. You can store your luggage in advance. The door lock is very cute. The hotel has an elevator, but it is very small. It is great not to have to drag your luggage upstairs.
