Best hotel in best location

Good service and excellent room

Location is good but service and breakfast is not upto mark.

It was very easy to find from the train station. Very close to everything! Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You could leave your luggage if you came before the check out time. I would stay there again.

The hotel is close to the Barefoot Bridge and next to the train station. The location is very convenient. The room was small, but overall it was clean and nice. It was about a 10-minute walk from Santa Lucia Station, so the location was great and it was easy to get around.

The access to Santa Lucia Station and the water bus station was good and the staff was friendly.

The hotel location is very convenient. We had a double room with a bathroom, a good size, not a small cage. The windows overlooked the courtyard (or something like that). We stayed in Venice for 2 nights! The location is within walking distance from the station, making it very convenient for sightseeing. I had heard that there was a bath and toilet outside the room, but I had no idea that it was our own bathroom. Since it's our own private bathroom, we can use it with peace of mind without having to worry about time etc. However, the hair dryer is very weak. It was a type that is often found in Europe and is attached to the wall and cannot be removed. Also, there is not enough hot water in the bath! It was cold, like I had taken a bath.

Room with private bathroom but located at the end of the corridor. Decent room but bathroom to redo! Door, mirror damaged. If the shower head remains on its support, the water ends up on the floor.
