Nice rooms with comfortable beds, great spa facilities, excellent staff and tasty, well presented food. The gym equipment needs maintenance as does the salt room in the spa, and the perfume smell pumped through the air conditioning is a bit overpowering. But overall a great experience and the best hotel I’ve stayed in Bulgaria so far. Recommended.

St Valentines day. Chocolate and sweets made with love. Awesome location in the forest, fantastic food and service ! Clean and cosy, designed with style! Outdoor pool and jakuzzi ,mineral water and forest suroundings. Check out the cosy bar too

Wow! This sums this place up. From start to finish the service was awesome. The Spa was perfect. We had massages and a herbal wrap and I can say that this has been the best spa experience in Bulgaria. The full board (breakfast and dinner) worked well. Great service in the dinning room and the food was very good. Many choices. The room was well appointed, quiet, and the bedding comfortable. One nice thing was that the staff respected the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign. We slept late every morning for some well needed recharging. This place is clearly not the least expense but it is certainly the best and well worth the money.

Hello, everyone I want to share my experience at Hotel Kashmir/Velingrad. Whatever I can say about this hotel, I think it will be a little, because you have to go and experience it there. I'll try anyway... I'll start first with the incredible beauty of the hotel and its charm, which can be seen well in the interior of the complex, it is located above Velingrad in the forest area, above Lake Kleptuza, the feeling when I walked past the hotel was like in a fairy tale of Brothers Grim, a fresh smell from the trees and plants around. In the hotel, everything is arranged well and exudes elegance and, better said, luxury in an interesting design. Spazone is one of the best in Bulgaria, I say from personal experience. But I was very impressed by the Jacuzzis which, they were in the upper part of the hotel and from them there is a view of the city. The staff was great with us,extremely positive and smiling, especially the manager of the restaurant Reni, every time she asked us how we were doing, as well as asking other guests, which contributed to the comfort and attention to each individual guest, which is very good. The food, the food was at an exceptional level, fresh products, a variety of cooked food, and every evening we were given a menu with a choice of starters, main dishes and delicious desserts. We spent our New Year's holiday at the Kashmir Hotel in a wonderful mood, because of the interesting programs and the musical guests who entertained us. From my rich experience, I dare to say that Hotel Kashmir, applied for the best hotel in Bulgaria. I only write reviews when something impresses me! Well done Kashmir! The hotel is on a great location. It’s new, very clean. The spa center offers great services. The food was very delicious. A big choice of meals, presented in a very elegant way!

Excellent hotel and very good restaurant. Reception service/lady very strange, ‘’wow you are coming too early (11:00)’’. The lady was aware that our room is not ready even before finding our reservation… 😀 or she is having cristal ball or the instructions are to not allow guest to check in before certain hour. The hotel was empty. I really do not understand that… in every normal nice hotel are more than happy to make you accomodate in the moment that you arrived. She called us 40 minutes later that the room is ready now… Why … you want to make someone disappointed… What a service is that… what cost you to be nice and welcoming… hospitality…
