The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food at the attached restaurant was tasty and service was great. Walking distance to the Basilica, beach and other sights, lots of affordable food options near by. Loved the glass walled elevator at the hotel, giving a view of the ocean, nice touch.

Good stay with family. Felt rooms are a bit expensive. Most items in the breakfast was cold. Very closeby to church with easy access. This is our third consecutive visit and would look to continue further.

We were received well all most all the staff were professional and courtesy ,provided great homily food for breakfast and lunch, rooms and bathroom were kept clean during my one week stay,near to the main shrine and my kid had a gala time stay in the hotel, a big thank you to the receptionist for booking my room at crucial time of availability

A perfect place to stay in Velankanni for those who come to visit the Velankanni Church.It is located so close to the Main Church. It also offers a safe Car Parking Area, Tasty Foods. The staffs are really Courteous as well as friendly.

First things First. For the money spent it's great value. It's NOT meant to be a luxury hotel but one to provide living space for pilgrims coming to Velankanni. All the hotels at Velankanni primarily cater to this specific need. By it's location, room cleanliness, friendly efficient front desk it stands out far better than ***y in the area. I have stayed in four different hotels before but this hotel I will book again. There are some negatives too. First, accessibility! You may have problems entering or leaving if you are coming during peak hours. Second, parking is a problem . Third there is no dinner provided by the hotel. They do give a sumptuous breakfast.

Stay at the Hotel was comfortable. Rooms were big. Breakfast and Lunch was good too. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The reason for giving 3 stars and not 4 is that they dont have Dinner served in the hotel and you have to go out. Since we were very tired and didnt want to go out, they arranged for food from outside, but food was not packed well and they have very basic crockery and cutlery in the hotel to serve in the room. This was disappointing. The Hotel location is good...right next to the Church and to the Beach too....

It is one of the best hotel in Velakanni. I have stayed in several places in Velakanni before. This is the best. The hospitality is amazing. The staff courtesy is the best. Food is also good. Stayed in 208. Room was neat and clean and comfortable Air condition and with all required amenities. Special mention about the Front Office ***ager. He and his team has good customer relation skills. I have already recommended the hotel to ***y people today morning itself. Thank yo team Gnana Residency
