Very good sized room. Very clean room and bathroom. AC worked efficiently, though a bit noisy at times. The hotel was very quiet. Parking underneath (reservation required) is very secure with decent sized spaces. Good WiFi. The room does not have a fridge or a safe. Reception staff are excellent. The metro five minutes walk away takes 20 minutes max to Place Bellcour, a short walk to Vieux Lyon. The area around the hotel is mostly offices and residential. There are very few restaurants. We had good pizza in Fabiola. Nothing to do with the hotel but be very careful on the metro. We made the mistake of getting on a crowded train one late afternoon and a pickpocket stole my wife's purse. Luckily, while our credit card is a joint account (so my card was stopped when we blocked hers) we had set up separate Revolut accounts. First time in 40+ years' travelling we've ever had anything like this happen.

2nd stay in a few months. You should remember to reserve a parking space when booking. Please note, it often happens that the code does not work to exit the car park, so you must call the hotel directly and tell them. The code works for the car park, the elevator which leads to the rooms from the car park and for access to the room, it's very practical! The rooms are quite spacious, well soundproofed, clean. Too bad the window cannot open by tilting and turning :-( The staff is pleasant and smiling. The breakfast is well stocked with even an appreciable savory part which has the merit of being offered (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese and ham). It might be nice to add a toaster ;-) this is the only point I find fault with. Around the hotel, several small shops and food outlets (snack bars and restaurants). Ideally located for access to the Radiant Bellevue room and access by car to Lyon (near Fourvière) only takes a few minutes.

Was a really nice hotel with wonderful staff…. In particular Martin was THE BEST server in all of Europe!!! Rooms are comfortable with an okay bathroom although the shower was a bit awkward. Make sure you have a mango pilada if you visit. Would visit again.

Facilities: The location is right next to the Part Dieu station, but there is construction around it, so you need to take a detour after leaving the station, about a few hundred meters. The facilities are very new, good sound insulation, capsule coffee machine, and the bed is very comfortable. The lobby bar on the first floor is very lively.
Environment: Surrounded by shopping malls, shopping is convenient. Also very close to Paul bocuse market.
Service: Very warm and thoughtful, prompt greetings.
Overall recommended.

After 3 nights (payed in advance)passed at the hotel from 5 to 8 July 2023 I extended one night from 8 to 9 in agreement with the hosts paying initially with breakfasts In this night from 8 to 9 while I was sleeping, I receive a call at midnight and half of the night watcher to specify that: as I wasn't here, I should go and set the room. I tell him he wakes me up and I'm in my bedroom. He intimates me to go down to pay my room immediately. I remind him that he just wakes up and that I will fix before I leave, as agreed on the request for extension. He replies: ”If you don't go down to pay next, I go up.” Twenty minutes later, he came to my door and I woke up again and after opening, I tell him that it is not a question that I'm going down to pay now. Following these repeated incidents, I don't find my sleep because of the surprise and anger related to her attitude I talk about this morning to the host employee who is surprised by such behavior. I don't think I'm guilty of this night of hotel, but the employee tells me that if I don't pay it is to her to pay. I'm still waiting for his call despite two calls from me.

Hotel is voor een doorreis prima. Kamer is schoon. Ontbijt is voor het geld wat je betaald prima. Echter hadden wij via all accor geboekt waarbij ontbijt is inbegrepen voor volwassenen en kinderen, echter bij aankomst werd verteld dat dit alleen voor volwassenen zou zijn en niet voor kinderen. Vonden wij geen service. Maar door bevestiging te laten zien wel gekregen uiteindelijk. Op website all accor staat beveiligde parkeergarage gemeld maar bij aankomst kregen we te horen dat we er €9,00 per parkeerplaats voor moesten betalen en dat deze vol was. Het aantal plaatsen is zeer beperkt. In het hotel werd aangegeven dat de informatie op all accor niet altijd overeenkomt als wat er vanuit het hotel geld. Vonden wij overigens erg vreemd.
