The only suggestion I can make is the coordination between trip.com and hotels when the online settlement is made we regularly face the following problem: The receptionist does not find the room payment and tells us that it is just a reservation not a payment or is it the interest to do that?

We were already the third time there perfect for our interim stop. The only thing I noticed at breakfast buffet is no longer as it was. Bsp the bread there were always 3 varieties, today only normal white bread. And my husband had fruits that were no longer quite fresh.
So today breakfast was not worth his money.
Otherwise we are satisfied
