The staff members at the reception desk are extremely appreciative, friendly, and always ready to assist, which truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. The service throughout was smooth and professional. My only suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of good breakfast options to make the mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality!

I spent three or four nights here. It's a typical budget hotel, the likes of which can be found all over Varanasi. The room and bathroom are old, worn, and out of date. Needs to be completely remodeled. The hot water and wi-fi worked well. The room and bathroom were clean enough. The hotel is situated on a busy road, and you can hear the traffic from the room. The rooftop bar/ restaurant was good. The staff was very friendly, and the service was great. I would have stayed longer, but they were fully booked as it was prime tourist season.

Hotel is good. I have booked two deluxe room rooms are quite neat and clean, whereas I have issue with one room, which was small compare to other.
