Hotel Sarin Inn Heritage

Don’t Go by look, it’s not at all worth and pure waste of money. Stayed here 27 - 29th December 2025, room 216. 1) Geyser not at all working, wasted 2 hrs each day. 2) Asked for towel after check in, that came 2 hrs later after multiple calls. 3) Housekeeping and customer service also too bad. 4) too dirty blankets. Rooms are very small and there is hardly any place to move about. When we woke up at 4 am for getting ready to visit the temple, we found that the geyser in the room was not working and we didn't bother to call up the reception as it would not help in any way

Very average stay! Food was ok ok but breakfast was horrible. Only 3 items everyday! It seems everything was managed somehow.

food was good. Room was not properly maintained, it should be better. Bathroom was so small and not maintained. As per room price, facilities should be better.

I think doesnot check properly before tying up the hotel after paying good amount still the room is not clean fan is so old which us irritating with sound

The location was excellent, and while there was a slight smell in the room, the food was delicious..

Staff was really polite and helpful. Had a lovely experience. They helped us with itinerary, their food is also very tasty and loved the breakfast options.

Hotel sari n heritagr stay was very good and comfortable. Food was amazing. I stayed fr 2 nights. It was an amazing stay! recommended!
