hotel bed is very uncomfortable bath rooms accessories not available air conditioner is window TV is not good all over experience is very bad

Hotel location is too good for stay and rooms are clean. Staff are well behaved

Never suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. Very poor service and dirty rooms and bedsheets. The room was smelly and not happy with the food. Washroom sawera & tap not available in bathroom very poor facilities. Nothing to appreciate. Will not like to visit again

I am not satisfied with the services provided to me there is no water in the cysteine intercom is not working order is not served with the gap hours i will advice my friends and relatives not to come in varanasi palace
