Our 3rd visit to Laos, and since starting our travels here, this stay has been the most peaceful we've experienced. The staff are all young but did their job best, friendly, and helpful. That was just wonderful to stay here; I would definitely recommend it to everyone! I didn’t take a photo of the room, only the views from our balcony but all are just like the photos on trip.com.

Location is quiet, away from the Main Street. Next to a slow flowing stream so beware of mosquitoes. View of the karst mountain can be obstructed if you are in the wrong unit like mine #035. If blank off all the negatives, it’s quite a good place to relax and prowl your activities around vangvieng. Get a scooter and immediately everything is within reach easily. The roads around are ok. Ride carefully.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Vang Vieng. If you're coming by the Laos-China railway, just hop on the green public minibus and tell the driver to drop you off at Ruby Mountain. It's only about a 10-minute ride. It's also close to motorcycle rental shops, so you can easily zip around the city. We rode to the Blue Lagoon and Pha Ngern viewpoint – the weather was amazing! The room was clean, the bathtub was comfortable, and the room had a pleasant fragrance. The TV could access YouTube, and there was a hairdryer. All the amenities provided were excellent. Highly recommended! The staff are Chinese and Black, and they communicate well in English. It made traveling around so easy. I loved it!

By walk 10 to 15 minutes from city center the property was calm and relaxing. Only problem no pool. If you’re looking for a relaxing place highly recommended. Team was great specially the manager Mr. Hung and Ms. Marry. Thank you all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Really nice hotel with a buffet breakfast. The personnel were very kind and helpful. They even booked a taxi for us when we were leaving. The hotel is also only a 20-minute walk from the city center.

Honestly, for the price (2,000 rubles), it's fantastic. The views are beautiful, the room is great, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast was fine for me personally, and it's excellent that it's included. The location is a bit secluded, but that makes it quiet. The only thing is the strange sounds from the toilet's plumbing.

The staff was very supportive, reply quickly when I have some questions or need supports. The room is new and tidy but the room spray is too much (to me). The breakfast is ok, quite basic if you just need a convenient breakfast to chill, or you can go to the center and try some traditional foods if you have time and willing to explore. The location is about 1km walking to the river and center, you should rent a motobike to explore the neighborhood.
