Win Hotel

It was a comfortable and clean hotel with a nice easy breakfast and staff who are willing to help. They also had a lovely swimming pool.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms are clean, and the staff are fine. However, there is a gap at the bottom of the door, and large cockroaches keep flying in every day. Blocking the gap at the bottom of the door with a towel fixed the problem. Another issue is there are far too many mosquitoes. The only way to deal with them is to turn the air conditioning up full blast, but this easily causes a cold.

Very nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and the wifi is strong. There's more than enough deck chairs around the pool and on the rooftop to lounge at, and to watch the countdown fireworks that the staff launch from the entrance. The staff is very friendly and welcoming every time I walk past the lobby. The location is very convenient and the breakfast is very worth the price. Other than the buffet on offer (which rotates daily), you can still choose an item off the ala carte menu. They also allow refilling of water bottles at breakfast, which is great for both the wallet and the environment. Activities and laundry service that they offer are also priced pretty conveniently. I'll definitely stay here again should I come back to Vang Vieng.

The owners are Vietnam couple. Thank you for there kindness. Breakfast was very good . Simple but juice and coffee was very fresh and fruity was sweet and fresh . I didn't expected with that room price for swimming pool and I enjoyed very much dip my self in water.. The best things were that whenever see them always show warm smiles, people like me , old and missionary. It is gives me strength to keep walking to the world to people showing kindness and warmth hearts and room was clean n nice .Thank you Jesus to had me the good people.

Good location on the main street, the hotel owner is very helpful, all the activities can be booked through the hotel with reasonable price, highly recommend

Great Value with Excellent Service & Prime Location The room was clean and comfortable for the price—definitely not a luxury hotel, but the service felt luxurious! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the receptionist went above and beyond to help, even arranging a tuk-tuk for me to the railway station at checkout. One of the best perks was the convenience—the hotel offers bike and scooter rentals, as well as a variety of day tours. Whether you're interested in paramotoring, hot air balloon rides, kayaking, hiking, or exploring caves and lagoons, they’ve got you covered. If you’d rather book elsewhere, the location is perfect, with plenty of tour operators right next door. The area is packed with different restaurants, and my personal favorite, the night market, was just steps away. There are also several laundry services nearby, making longer stays hassle-free. The only downside was noise—the walls and doors are a bit thin, so you might hear doors closing or noisy neighbors. My room was on the first floor (right side), so if you're a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a quieter spot away from high-traffic areas. Overall, a fantastic stay for the price, with outstanding service and an unbeatable location! ps. You can also enjoy a quick swim by the pool before going to your room!
