Loved the Breakfast-lots of options, the beds need upgrading they make a loud squeaky sound when you sit on them.

The hotel was very clean, and the room facilities were well-equipped, plus breakfast was included. The downside was that the elevators had issues during my stay; one was out of order, and the other was very slow. On the last day, that one also broke down, forcing some guests, including myself, to carry our luggage down the stairs.

1. The location is super convenient! It's within walking distance to attractions like the Steam Clock and Chinatown, plus you can easily walk to Costco, T&T Supermarket, and the SkyTrain station. Taxis drop you right at the hotel entrance, and it's also very close to the Hertz downtown car rental location. 2. The suite has a double sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic facilities, so you can cook your own meals. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; it's very quiet. 3. The room rate included four complimentary breakfasts, which had a good variety and quality. Several floors in the hotel also provide drinking water, so you can fill your own bottles and save on buying water. 4. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. During our stay, we accidentally broke a bottle cap, and when we informed them, they said we didn't need to pay for it. 5. The hotel is also very close to the 2026 World Cup stadium, making it an excellent choice for tourists looking to explore the city center.

The room was larger than I expected, and getting around was very convenient. Most attractions in downtown Vancouver were within walking distance. Taxis were also readily available, making this a great place to stay for a first-time visitor to Vancouver. The value for money was excellent too.

Hotel was not busy, given the room beside the elevator and room had smell of a previous smoker not horrible but noticeable. Parking does not fit a truck.

Housekeeper, Laura ensured it was clean before check-in. Great job! Just the noise (sort of machine) all night kept me awake and the parking is a hassle for a truck, other than that it’s a great place with good breakfast and additional amenities like gym, restaurants, etc

Whirpool not hot at all on first day of check in and then it was closed on Monday for cleaning so was unable to use that morning, would not have booked if known that.

Reception, very friendly  The bellboy very helpful  The shower water pressure not strong enough The location is fantastic. Many convenient shop and best restaurant is just walking distance,  Breakfast is normal don’t expect much. I’ll will definitely stay again if I come to Vancouver again

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration with the way this hotel handles its customers. I booked a room through Ctrip to help a friend, and due to a small mistake, I accidentally selected the wrong city. However, my frustration has nothing to do with the booking error itself, but with the hotel’s complete lack of professionalism and responsibility in handling the situation. The moment I realized the issue, I immediately: • Contacted Ctrip multiple times • Sent emails to the hotel • Even called the hotel directly Yet the hotel never responded to anything. No replies to my emails, no answers to my calls, not even a basic acknowledgment. The hotel chose to ignore every attempt I made to reach out, which is absolutely unacceptable. I have stayed at countless hotels around the world—budget, mid-range, and luxury alike—and I have never experienced such unprofessional and indifferent service. For a hotel operating under a major international brand, refusing to respond, refusing to support, and effectively abandoning its customers is disgraceful. A simple reply, a confirmation, or even the slightest willingness to help would have solved the issue. Instead, the hotel chose complete silence. I am extremely disappointed. With this level of irresponsibility and lack of customer care, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I truly hope the management reviews the behavior of their staff and the way they handle guest communication—because right now, it is unacceptably bad.

Front desk staff are not as friendly as in other establishments.

The hotel was perfect for 3/4 friends in one room. Couldn’t have been better

We stayed 2 nights with family. Hotel is perfect. We are very happy staying at the hotel

The food was very good.The location was perfect for our trip. very close to the stadium and my son loved nice. it was very easy to move around. i would love to stay there again in our next visit
