Great hotel. Big rooms, and comfortable bed. Also enjoyed a quick drink and snack in the restaurant. Right across the street from Canada Place and a quick walk to downtown or Gastown. Only issue was that check-in took 30 minutes, and check-out took 15 mins. Lines for both. Also, WiFi was free but had to find the code they gave us to activate it. Otherwise, there was only paid access to WiFi. Still, we would return!

Worth the stay in this hotel!! Recommend for all travelers!!

The location of the hotel was great, right in front of Canada Place, and water, wine, and jelly were provided. The station was located right in front, so it was convenient to move around.

Whether relaxing in the luxurious spa or savoring gourmet dining at the on-site restaurant, every moment at the Fairmont Waterfront was a true delight. Overall, my experience on the Gold Floor at the Fairmont Waterfront was nothing short of exceptional.

Location was great and ni e friendly staff. But rooms are run down , tub is horrible, bed had flees or bugs or something we woke up covered in bites. Uneven mattress and the douvè was all dingy and stained. Douve cover not a cover but two flat sheets that came apart with movement exposing horrible douve 🙈 It is an expensive hotel but totaly not worth the price . No turndown service either . Not clean

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurant and lounge prices are very expensive. Hot tub was a bit discoloured and the chemicals made my eyes sting. Overall it very beautiful hotel ❤️

I was at the hotel for business and they made it feel like a vacation. The staff were friendly, helpful and prompt with my needs. Highly recommended staying with them.

Everything felt well taken care of; the daily service was top notch; the staff at the front desk were always friendly and professional. I ate once at Arc in the lobby and was thoroughly impressed.
