Great location, but a bit noisy without AC to keep windows closed. Friendly staff and fairly clean rooms. Breakfast was good for a 3-star hotel. Overall, a nice stay!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We booked this place because it was listed as pet-friendly, but when we arrived, we found the room to be unsafe and unfit for pets. The windows in this high-rise room opened wide with no screens or safety barriers, putting our cat at serious risk. There was no way to safely ventilate the room, and the heat made it unlivable. While the listing mentioned there’s no AC (which we accepted), it said nothing about these unsafe conditions or the unreasonable pet “rules” they only shared after check-in—like keeping pets confined to a specific area. Worse than the misleading listing was how rude and dismissive the staff were. Their English was limited, which is fine—but their lack of manners and empathy was unacceptable. They refused to refund us even though we didn’t stay a single night. Do not book this hotel—especially if you're traveling with pets or expect even basic courtesy.
