It was said that the mini bar was free. It was not appropriate that what was stated at the exit was not there.

had a wonderful experience at Reform Hotel and I can confidently say it feels much closer to a 4-star hotel than a 3-star one. The rooms are impressively spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the biggest highlights is the incredible value for money. You truly get more than what you pay for here. The hotel offers free access to sauna and wellness facilities, which is a huge bonus and adds a luxurious touch to the stay. Everything is well-maintained and adds to the overall comfort. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city, access shops, restaurants, and key attractions. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, making it suitable for both solo travelers and families. If you’re looking for a hotel in Van that offers great quality, comfort, and outstanding value, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again!

Atmosphere was so good, and authantic. Staff were helpful. Most imparator room were clean.

Stayed at the beginning and end of a walking trip, comfortable hotel, friendly staff, buffet breakfast was good quality and plentiful, bar was well stocked and service was good. Well located near the city centre.

Worst hotel I've ever been to, insects in the beds that infected us, there were flea's in the beds! I never ever come back to this hotel. It was a 1 star hotel! Had memory for us from Van... They told me it's 4 star but it wasn't, when I got there I saw that the official grade is 3 stars.
