The room was very clean and the staff were extremely pleasant. The staff were very helpful with my disabilities in not being able to get to the basement for breakfast.

The hotel is neat and rooms are big with good quality bed. But breakfast was limited and lools prepared from cheap quality food.

A nice hotel with a good breakfast, room was smart and clean, 24/7 free coffee in pleasant reception area where there is also a microwave to heat your own meals. The are some very pleasant areas, including a large recreational area with a nature reserve within walking distance of the hotel and frequent T-bana trains. All the staff very pleasant. Only negative the hotel is in an industrial area close to the main road.

The hotel belongs to a Chines person, an chinese polis runs an illegal Chinese polis station in a sovereign country in this hotell. Do not chose this hotell, it's not worth the risk to be spied on, and helping illegal activity from a dictatorship.

The room and hotel were clean and tidy. Hotel's staff were kind and friendly. Breakfast was simple and not fancy. At the time of our stay, there was a road construction project ongoing which was quiet during night but was a little annoying during the day. The room was cold at our arrival (19 degree according to room's termometer) and was still cold during the next day even though the system was running continuously the whole night. Shampoo and shower-gel were not provided.
All in all, it was OK but not the best.

Very nice boutique hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Clean, nice/spacious rooms. Concierge is not on site 24/7, we arrived late when they weren't there but they were made aware in advance and ensured the key was in a lock box out front. It was easy to access and they had a phone number available if there had been any issues with getting inside (which there weren't). About a 20 minute train ride to city central. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station. Worth the distance from the city center.
