The furniture in the hotel room, the bathroom is really old. Always feel that the service staff is not professional enough, as a 5 star hotel should be well trained. Because during the epidemic, the swimming pool has to be reserved, the swimming pool reception is a bit rude. Unsuitable guests come to swim, sometimes because the number of people is full, even in-house guests can not use the swimming pool. I feel that the hotel is not very suitable for this arrangement. There is also a little bit of update in the hotel, such as changing carpets, brushing the wall near the hotel elevator, if construction, some rooms should be closed and not booked, but the hotel does not seem to have a plan at all, the whole corridor is gray, arrange the guests to take the freight ladder. In short, I feel that this hotel is like a five-star appearance, and the service management is really not very good.

The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

This is a fantastic hotel for a long weekend break. Very friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms and ideally situated for the old town. The spa was great, too. Highly recommended. The staff were very good at recommending other places to visit, not least an Irish pub round the corner when we wanted to watch the Euro 22 final. All in all, this is a place with a very good vibe. The prices are reasonable for a hotel of this quality.

It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but rather, sort-of, well, royal. The in-room breakfast was delicious and overabundant. A perfect getaway, be it for a night or a longer stay. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring my own pillow, because I wasn't completely comfortable with the bed pillow shape/firmness. The bed itself was very comfortable. Whole-heartedly recommend.

My adult son and I travelled to Valencia from Benidorm by bus to go to the burning of the Fallas 'La Crema'. The hotel was great for the bud station as it's next door and there's a taxi rank outside, as well as a huge shopping mall with an El Corte Inglés opposite. However during La Crema, roads into the city centre are all closed so we had to walk everywhere and by the end of the Two days we were absolutely done in. It's a hood half hour walk across the old river bed to get into the main city. If I ever went to the fallas again I'd stay in the centre for sure. However the Turia itself is decent - great bathroom with soap and shampoo and a little balcony. Biggest issue for me was no kettle - I was dying for a cuppa in room! But aside from that it was clean and comfortable! Valencia is a beautiful city and if you are there outside of the Fallas fiesta it's s great location as we would have jumped in a taxi to town.

My stay at Original Domino House was absolutely perfect, I continued to extend my stay because I felt so good and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, I felt so much peace from the kindness of people working there to the comfortability of my room. Maite, Cladia and Roberto are all so wonderful and were always ready to be there to help with anything I needed. It truly felt like I was staying at home and whenever I am staying in Valencia, I will choose to come back here. The location is peaceful and quiet with lovely cafes and grocery store nearby but still close enough to walk to the city center. Everything was perfect and I am so very thankful for my visit.

We stayed here for a week as I was attending and international conference and this was one of the recommended hotels from the conference organisers. A two-star hotel but with an amazing restaurant, Sabbia who provide excellent food and free evening cabarets with your evening meals. The rooms are clean and airy, the hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is on the beach, bust stops close by. Perfect. The only downside is the disco further round the bay which does not close down until 4 am. Even with the windows and shutters closed you can still here the bass drum music.

We booked this hotel because of the location and good reviews. They are really just serviced rooms which was fine for us, in a great location. The room was large, minimal and the bathroom was good too. However, the people above walked around during the night and early mornings with shoes on - on wooden floor boards! The tv didn’t get a signal the whole weekend and we were left 2 coffee pods and 1 small bottle of water for the 2 of us for 3 nights - a little mean when the place for breakfast was a 10 minute walk away! Maybe a kettle and some tea bags would have been good. All in all, great size room, very clean and great location.

Stayed 2 nights for a meeting. Clean hotel, friendly staff, firm mattresses, good shower, free tea and coffee (not in room). Located on a very busy roundabout towards the south of the city. Buses nearby to get into centre (no 7) and beach (no 99). More of a backpackers, workers hotel. Not too many families, reception is basic, bar has seen better days (you have to get cold drinks from the fridge and pay at reception). Luckily my room faced the back of hotel away from continual traffic of the 4lane roundabout out the front. Avoided breakfast as looked very school canteen. 100 euro a night, but it was summer in a coastal city.

Stayed one night at this hotel as a stopover. Although in a shopping commercial area it was very nice and quiet and the rooms were good apart from the air conditioning which didn’t cool the room. Staff were polite and friendly, on site secure parking and breakfast was nice and plentiful. Overall a pleasant stay I would recommend as good road access to southern and northern Spain. I passed by Cartagena to Barcelona in the south and stayed for 1 night. The location is in the south of Valencia, about 20-30 minutes drive from the center of Valencia. Due to the inconvenient transportation, it is only suitable for self-driving travelers. The decoration of the hotel is simple and clean. , High performance-price ratio! There are no restaurants, shopping malls and convenience stores nearby. You must return to the hotel after the replenishment is completed!

HELLO We arrive at 23.00 and we register but then we leave until 5:15 when we return to the bedroom ....To this end everything is okay. But the score will always be low when you find a CUCARACH in the room of a considerable size and you go to reception where there is no one from 1.00am. to 8.00 am. leaving a servant who cannot leave the bar to meet the urgency which I had no idea what to do, in addition to unknown the operation of the reception. From 5:15 am to 6:45am we were in the reception with our SENGE RUBBER bags waiting for a solution that could only give you one of the employees who was not of the reception and thanks to her (Maribel) I was cleaning a room so we could sleep because while we were waiting for a client I left one of the rooms. When we left the hotel the only answer for which he is supposed to be responsible for the reception at 11:15 am. was that he invited us to a coffee in the bar for the troubles, in which when asked for a bat, I charged because I was not a coffee (I got a laugh) . I don't know who will read these opinions but I don't care as we will not return anyone from my environment.

Things are delicious. After all, Valencia, the birthplace of paella, is better overall than Barcelona.

We booked a standard room with no sea view. I have asthma and can't sleep with air conditioning on. It was really hot when we arrived and our window didn't give good enough airflow for my asthma. When I asked if we could change rooms, they were really lovely about it and next day they moved us to a room with a 100% view of Las Arenas beach and the sea with a raised terrace. Way better than we expected for the budget price we paid. Although this is still a standard room, the bathroom is like a 4 star, the room is spotless, mattresses are new and comfortable and everything works. With a 5 star view. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely come here again.

We booked this hotel for its location, the fact that they offer half board or even full board and the bus stops right out side of the hotel that takes you into Valencia. We chose a superior double room and half board we also booked lunch for Christmas day at a cost of €70 for two people. We took a taxi from the airport at a cost of around €40 which was a bit expensive really but fast and friendly. When we arrived although our room wasnt ready we made use of the restaurant for some lunch which was ok. The receptionists are lovely very friendly and willing to help We got the keys to our room and I have to say Whilst the room was a good size there was nothing superior about it there was only a hanging rail for clothes no drawers ? I was wondering if they expect guests to hang their underwear up too ?? Another thing that puzzled me was the kitchen unit which has been installed ! With a sink fridge and kettle now whilst the fridge was very welcome drawers for clothing would be more useful. They provide a kettle and cups and left enough coffee and tea for one cup each we sayed for 10 days and this was only replenished once if your not going to replenish it daily I wouldnt bother leaving any!. The bathroom was lovely with a large shower but I agree with a previous reviewer that all the little plastic bottles are not very environmentaly friendly maybe an idea to install dispensers for hand soap and shower gel etc which can be re filled daily. The only thing that was amazing was the bed the mattress was great and extremely comfortable . Breakfast in the restaurant was nice and a good variety,but the evening meals in the restaurant were disappointing, the restaurant whilst attached to the hotel is really for the general public and the menu they offered was the same for the entire stay which for 9 nights there was no variety two thirds of the menu is fish which I dont eat ! The vegetarian options were unavaialable or discontinued and rice dishes only available if two people want to eat the same dish which limited my choice substantially although I enjoyed most of the food it got a bit repetitive after 4 days ! And the deserts were tiny portions served in the middle of a huge plate its not an a la carte restaurant ! We had also booked lunch for Christmas day and at € 70 for two people I was expecting great things this was unfortunately not the case the portions of each course were tiny I had ordered the pork for main which came with some mash This would have been ok but what looked like a nice plate of food turned out to be a small portion of mash with some pork bones and very little meat the only savior to the meal was the tiramisu which was delicious they did offer all tables a free plate of prawns not sure why ?!! This we declined as I dont eat fish lucky for me ! My partner ate two and I had to ask him to put the pate far away from me as the stench coming from the plate was awfull this should have sounded alarm bells needless to say late

Stayed one night at this hotel as a stopover. Although in a shopping commercial area it was very nice and quiet and the rooms were good apart from the air conditioning which didn’t cool the room. Staff were polite and friendly, on site secure parking and breakfast was nice and plentiful. Overall a pleasant stay I would recommend as good road access to southern and northern Spain. Value for Money

Comfortable, clean hotel with free parking located just outside of Valencia. If you plan on using it as a base for tourism it's an approximately 15 Euro taxi ride or an hour bus ride, stopping every block or so, into the city. None of the rooms have balconies but even if they did you probably wouldn't spend much time there because of the road noise The pool was very nice and it is open year round. You have shopping and a huge variety of restaurants within walking distance. As a comfortable, safe place to stay it is a good value that serves its purpose well.
