We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The interior is beautiful and well designed, and the location is perfect. We also loved the extra café service in the lobby—it’s a great touch. Overall, everything was excellent!

Amazing hotel in a friendly, safe area, close to good restaurants, coffee shops and all sorts of other shops for everyday needs. Staff are very helpful, pleasant and the hotel us super clean, great rooms although a bit small they are perfect for a long weekend. Breakfast is well worth the money as the selection is excellent, and you will not get better outside the hotel for the price. We had a room in the front and it was quiet of a night, you get a good night's sleep. Great selection of toiletries in the bathroom in case you forget anything. No bar in the hotel but plenty of those in the area and outside the hotel to get a drink. We brought a bottle of wine back one night and the staff opened it for us as we forgot our corkscrew You can leave your bags if you are early and room not ready. Plenty of fantastic restaurants in the area. 15 to 20 minute easy walk from Valencia estacion nord train station.

I stayed at the Palazzo Ruzafa in Valencia this time, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience! The hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to the train station, within walking distance of the city center, and surrounded by lively streets with restaurants and cafes everywhere. Although the room wasn't large, it was exceptionally clean, the front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of fresh options.

The hotel is located between two stations, and is very convenient to various attractions in the old city. It can be reached by foot. Cabi was very enthusiastic when checking in. He asked us if we were tired and said he would complete the check-in procedure as soon as possible. There was coffee and water to drink next to us. He gave us a map in Spanish and said we could ask him anytime if we had any questions. This is his fourth day working in this hotel. I hope he can have a good time at work and keep his enthusiasm❤️🔥 The room's color scheme, bed and pillows were all very comfortable. This was the first time during my trip that I didn't wake up in the middle of the night.

We booked a quad room, which is in a great location, just between JS and North Station, a 5-minute walk. The staff are very helpful and willing to answer questions. The room is clean and tidy with a small balcony. The breakfast is rich and is enough to start the day. The price is reasonable. There are free bicycles to borrow, which makes it very convenient to travel around the city!
