The room was spacious and clean! Really liked the walk-in shower and separate rooms. The breakfast was very nice. There were also complimentary drinks and snacks in the bar/lobby.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had an issue with customer service and the breakfast portion but other than that it was fabulous.
Loved the gym and the amenities are well kept.
We really wanted to give kudos to Alex working the bar. He was very friendly and sociable even when it looked like he had his work cut out for him. He had a smile on his face and was super helpful and kind.

We arrived around 11pm, tired. Our reservation is for 4 adults b/c our kids are now 19 and 16. Had to ask for a luggage cart. The kids sleep in the other room on the pull-out couch. There were only 3 towels; NO pull out linens; no pillows for the pull-out couch. Only 1 coffee cup. No other cups. We had to call for linens and pillows and towels and wait until 11:30pm. Not what you want to do for the prices. The towel never came. Charged $12 for parking. You could tell breakfast was short staffed b/c tables that needed to be bussed sat dirty. I had to move dirty dishes over to another dirty table to sit down. Staff was friendly and kind. Except the front desk receptionist. Little tickets for breakfast? why? We stayed here 2 other times and our experience was not like this. Next time, we'll stay across the street at Courtyard.

Love, love, love this hotel property 💗 Each time we visit in the surrounding area we definitely stay here. Look forward to our next visit.
Please make sure this hotel fixes the elevator… we feel so bad for the staff to go out of their way each time to assist with the situation.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. We love this location and the breakfast is really good! My only complaint is the water pressure in the sink. It seems to be a problem with this hotel. We stayed in room 318 this time, and the water barely flowed out of the faucet.

The room was great. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. Love the happy hour in the evening as well as the included breakfast in the morning.
