Valencia Luxury - Sea Port I

There is no terrace to the rooms, its a shared space on the top floor for half naked kids to use to smoking ***. It does not look like the pictures. The pretty wooden outdoor funature with cute cushions are really just plastics with nothing at all to add besides burns. Rooms are quite small. Very disappointing. They paint a pretty picture of what your stay will look like, but it's nothing like it in reality. Stayed for one night out of seven, no refund for our stay. Terrible! Would Definatly Not recommend!

The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother sending us the check in information with codes etc so we had to call them when thentaci dropped us as there is no reception. So overall we were not impressed with the service but apartment facilities were great.
