Excellent location to visit Valence with everything on the doorstep. Clean and comfortable apartment, useful to have a washing machine and dryer on site. Very good wifi and very pleasant staff at reception. If you bring a car, be aware there is a height limit of 1.85m for all underground car parks in the centre (so not for big cars or cars with a roof box). But open-air public paying parking (€18 for 24h) in the next street.

Staffs was very helpful and approachable, but it is time to invest into improving the rooms and total comfort. Focus on cleanliness needs to be prioritised and breakfast options needs to improve! Many better breakfast options around.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé cet appart hôtel. Je l'ai trouvé du tristesse à mourir...
Ma chambre étais dans une pièce sans fenêtre (genre un grand cagibi avec un petit lit (1place), je voyage beaucoup et c'est la 2ème fois que je tombe sur ce genre de lit. Matelas de mauvaise qualité, lit qui fait du bruit quand on bouge et oreiller trop dur.
Petit déjeuners très basiques.
Point positif la propreté où il n'y a rien à redire.

Idéal pour une étape nous nous sommes arrêtés pour une nuit nous étions à 4 en famille (deux enfants de 14ans et deux adultes). Les appartements sont basiques mais pour une nuit nous n'avions pas besoin d'un confort très particulier. Pas de moquette, parfait! Les draps et serviettes étaient très propres. La bonne surprise était le petit-déjeuner avec un grand choix alors que le prix est mini. L'accueil du personnel était également chaleureux. La situation est idéale. Le fait d'avoir un parking pour 14 € la nuit était très bienvenu. Il est parfaitement sécurisé
