One of the worst hotels I've ever taken. We went there in a small group ... Result: dirty beds inside and outside, screwed moquette, missing window in the room (: the hotel is in front of the motorway so very noisy room), Persistent smoke and jaw odors despite ventilation, impossible to close the gardens because we have a badly attached to the base and no shaft (: sleep with outer light ...), the pipes sound throughout the room when people take side or above douches (Thanks for car at 1:00 p.m. and ten showers ...), the Director refused to change the room after payment, colleagues forced to sleep together so their rooms were not suitable, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The only average thing is breakfast ... After having developed a work with the Director the next morning of all these concerns, he moved to make a gesture: stayed without return until today.

The hotel is so colorful ... the breakfast was acceptable and the rooms were clean. However, in the room you don't have cabinets to hang your cloths... comparing to price it's ok. The train/RER is fare from the hotel around 6 minutes by walk. The staff was helpful and polite. Surroundings nothing special to find. Clam area.

Nice, stylish, clean hotel. Reception staff very competent. Breakfast staff overwhelmed by a normal number of people in the restaurant. There was only one coffee machine that was constantly not working and not enough viennoisseries for breakfast. When I mentioned that the orange juicer wasn't working, the staff member replied ”it isn't?” and then did nothing about it. The breakfast experience let the rest (which was excellet) down.

All the staff are really good at service, feel at home, booked twice, about 10 minutes walk from RAR, good location, very convenient and safe around, behind is the supermarket, hotel room and lobby environment is comfortable, whether it is the first floor of CAFE or the room is very comfortable, The only and fatal disadvantage is that it is next to Pub, so 12-2 can hear the noise of the music next door. If you care about the sound insulation of sleep, you need to think twice. In short, if you have the opportunity, you will still choose. It is very important.

We booked 2 rooms online (2 adults & 2 children in each room). When we arrived, one of the staff gave us 2 separate rooms for only 1 family! and the staff was very rude & didn't offer any solution. He made us to run around to their other property across the road. Finally, other staff offered solution & gave us the rooms we had booked! It was a bad experience!
Rooms are spacious. But carpets need to be cleaned & look very bad. We didn't opt for breakfast, so, no comments!

How to lose a frequent and faithful client for 12 years? Settle in the Ibis Créteil, 14 rue Basse quinte. A unhealthy room with a strong smell of tobacco (I am allergic) and insects including a cafard found in the bathroom. In view of this unpleasant experience, I wished to cancel my room to go to Novotel. After calling her phone officer before me, the receptionist told me that it was OK for the cancellation and that I would be refunded the next day. The receptionist claims not to have found the cafard but to have found tigers mosquitos in the room. I understand as a franchise hotel that profitability is your priority at the expense of cleanness and customer satisfaction but don't forget that you represent a brand/group. In conclusion, for the same night I was debited by the Novotel Créteil or I've sleeped and by Ibis Créteil who had guaranteed me to cancel my reservation and a refund for the next day. I shared my trips to France and internationally between Accor, Hilton and Marriott according to the destinations. The room's insalubre is one thing but as a frequent and faithful client for many years I cannot accept the lie and the robbery.

Good morning hotel well located. Family trip two bedrooms rented in each room one small handbag for two, no bath tapes, no liquid soap on the shower in the bathroom. Women's staff at the very unpleasant reception. No additional 3-day stay with soap and serviettes . Good*****t that the very very sympathetic watch c is moved to find me a 2 small handkerchief ( I saw the place where the chairs and handkerchiefs are stored to flee a used handkerchief directly on the handkerchiefs, If you look at the matlas ho la la you don't want to sleep in any of the two rented rooms. I have a 4-star tourist residence so I know the work perfectly. The 3-star class is in fact a real place. At the cherry on the cake we have been subjected to an alarm fire because they forgot croissants in the oven and the alarm works very well up to 7th floor . The hotel is located in the centre of the city and is located in the centre of the city.
