差評給到hot tub，一開始水是温的，但不燙，達不到hot tub的温度，裡邊泡着的遊客説已經叫工人修了，我和孩子進去幾分鐘之後開始感覺有微微熱水注入，過了10分鐘左右，水比一開始熱了一點點，但突然開始注入大股大股冷水，水池迅速變涼，我們趕緊走了。第二天早起我和孩子兩個人都感冒了。

The Grand Hyatt in Vail was perfect for a one night get away. Our room was clean, spacious and the balcony an added bonus! The grounds were perfect to walk in the evening, the landscape, seating areas with fire pits were an added touch for us!

Kids didn’t want to leave! My only ask is that they check their email, never got a reply from concierge even with a call and email. And maybe 1-2 more restaurant options.

The carpet tack ***** between the guest room and the bathroom was exposed - both my wife and I stepped on it accidentally, sticking our feet with the tacks. Not just a state of poor repair, it's a safety hazard. Strange that housekeeping wouldn't report this to maintenance.

The Grand Hyatt Vail is such an amazing place to stay for a relaxing vacay in the mountains. The staff was so gracious and efficient with every request and question. The lobby, room & pool offer stunning views. I will definitely be back for another wonderful experience!

Super nice. We love that our room was on the 1st floor and had access to the small courtyard next to walk / bike path, next to the small river. Parking was $50 per day, but valet parking was $61. We picked valet and got $30 a day off (-:
We eat dinner at Geasner, the 1st night. It's priced average for the area, but restaurants at either villages ( Lion's heads and Vail village) head tastier food. Please remember, this is strictly subjective. Vendetta's blows them all out of water (-:
