Unfortunately quite some negligence in regards to maintenance. Toilet, bathroom walls and ceiling, lamp.
Wouldn’t need a lot of money but attention to make the place really enjoyable.
Location and people are nice.

Unfortunate how unfriendly most of the staff are. The rest of the experience was wonderful. The pool are area were so nice. Location was great. Man at the front desk really dislikes people and shows it.

The hotel is really nice, quiet and the views are amazing. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Close distance to Uxmal site and other archaeological sites. The staff very friendly, gave us good recommendations for our holidays. We had a 30 min massage which I highly recommend. Overall the hotel exceeded expectations and I highly recommend it.

Hotel is located just minutes from Uxmal Archeological Site, very convenient after a hot day sightseeing. Rooms are large with great views of jungle. Very attentive staff.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and delicious breakfast. I regret that we stayed there for one night. Beautiful pool and garden. Very nice service.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The food was very good and plentiful. The massage was amazing and I had two, one both days we stayed. The AC, bed and room were very comfortable and clean.
