At first sight this guest house looked ideal for a family stop before a visit to Legoland. Rooms were clean and spacious. On the negative side the showers were poor in the en-suite we had. The one in the shared bathroom ( all en suites had been sold out) was a safety hazard. Luckily I didn’t use it for the children as it went from cold to scalding hot in seconds with no rhyme or reason. The toilet was dirty (as in not been properly cleaned). Doors were constantly slamming shut due to the door fittings. Adding this to a less than comfortable bed resulted in a poor nights sleep. There was absolutely no contact with the hosts other than through an intercom. Perhaps the latter is the sad state of the “hospitality” industry.

Room was warm and cosy. Positioned in an ideal place just outside London but without all the hustle and bustle. Fridge in room was handy. Kindly catered for us and our 3 dogs. Large Tesco just a few minutes drive away which was handy and not too far from the A40/M40.

Convenient for west London access. Predictablely as you would expect a premier inn. Clean and comfortable rooms. Efficient helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Semi industrial estate surroundings but fine for couple nights. One slight ****** was the strange sickly smell in the corridors, this was there a few years ago as I recall so must be part of building or issue they can't resolve. Definitely didn't affect room I was in or spoil night stay. Beefeater next door which again was up to expected standard and had nice meal.

Stayed for one night before morning flight from LHR Terminal 2. What a pleasant way to start! Very friendly and efficient welcome from lovely young lady at reception. A very comfortable room, with generous hospitality tray, beautiful coffee and chocs, a complimentary drink in mini bar. Easy, and free overnight parking. Hotel is a beautiful old building, easy to find, and just 15 minutes from T2. Every thing clean. The bar was welcoming, and most welcome. Had a really good dinner in the Restaurant, with great service. The lack of a wine list, and unavailability of wines when one was printed off for us was odd, but it didn't spoil a great meal. This was great value too. A fraction of the price of the chain Hotels around Heathrow area, both for the room, and food drink. Will be our first choice for Heathrow in future.

We booked last minute after arriving late in the evening at Heathrow following a 14hour travel day with our 3 year old. The staff were so lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming, doing everything they could to make sure we had what we needed in the evening and for breakfast- even bringing it to our room. The room had 2 double beds and was clean, quiet and very spacious- ideal for our needs. Perfect for a pit stop if you’re travelling via Heathrow. Will definitely use it again.
