Park Plaza Utrecht

Overall, it's much better than other European hotels. They provide a full range of disposables like slippers and toiletries, and the breakfast is good. It's also very close to the train station and the city center. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the king room was made by pushing two single beds together.

The hotel is close to the central station, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good, with smoked salmon. The service is also excellent; the staff are friendly, and luggage storage is free. I've stayed in hotels for over 20 days while traveling in Europe these past two years, usually choosing three- or four-star hotels since five-star ones are out of my budget. This is the first hotel I've ever seen that provides five items in the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. I was practically moved to tears! Oh, and there's a pair of disposable slippers too, which is a rare treat. Park Plaza Utrecht, you'll be etched in my memory!

The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere.

Although it's not right in the city center, it's still quite convenient, just a little over a kilometer's walk. The hotel facilities and service are very good, and it's very clean. Even arriving late, check-in was smooth.
