The staff was very kind and helpful. Under renovations so a bit messy and did not like that people were smoking right outside the entrance and had to walk past them especially smoking **** and we had kids. The place definitely needs renovations as it is very dated. It was clean for the most part. Very weird that bathroom and bedroom areas were open to each other through the shower/tub! Just a shower curtain on each side.

Where do I even begin: this place has become my home away from home, and in most cases, feels more inviting than “home” ever could. There’s many reasons for that; but 2 very important key ones— your front desk workers, Elvis and Mark. I live just 5 miles down the road but escape here to a jacuzzi room whenever i get the chance, half based off the amazing energy and warm smile i’m guaranteed to be met with from either of those 2. The rooms are always in tip top shape; never had a single complaint in the past 2+ years. It’s extremely quiet in the most welcoming of ways. The jacuzzi is always clean and the beds put me straight to sleep. The lobby has plenty of free drink options and even with the construction/renovation feels EXTREMELY inviting. i WILL NOT stay ANYWHERE else on my dime ♡

We were supposed to stay two nights as husband was having sugery nearby. Unfortunately, hus surgery got canceled so we only stayed one night. The hotel was clean, but is being renovated. Our door would not close properly, had to lift it to close it. No big deal. Front desk personnel were very friendly. Would stay there again

This a great location close to everything. The only negative I could say is that the new mirrors in the bathroom do not give very good light.

We could here the people above us running around late at night, along with creaky floors above.
The toilet was not working properly, had to call front desk for a plunger.
Dining area for breakfast only had a few tables; extremely small with limited choices of food for breakfast
