Hotel was very clean the suite was very beautiful and the food was awesome definitely will stay again

The room is very clean and super large. The staffs of front desk are very nice!

It was -4 degrees out and I arrived early to the hotel. I sat in my car and called the front desk. NO ANSWER. I placed another call. No answer. I called Hilton honors as I am a member. They connected me. I was told to come to the front desk. I proceeded with my two bags through an unshoveled sidewalk. Got to the side door - Locked for security purposes. 15 mph winds in sub zero temps, and a sign that tells me to call the front desk. NO ANSWER. Sorry Hilton, as far as I am concerned, I won't be staying in your hotels. Also my room was not very nice. Marks on the bathroom floor, smelled of some overpowering scent. The bartender was really nice though.

Very expensive room that felt like it had been neglected for a while. Sofa was not clean, bed linens with visible oil stain. Winter booking and no hair dryer in room The personal gym was nice, but that level of amenity needs to be across the board and it was just lacking.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable. The coffee machine and supplies were adequate. The common areas were a little tired.

The hotel was really nice! Staff are amazing and attentive to their guests. Would stay again!
