Homeinn Plus Properties in Urumqi

Facilities: This place has plenty of washing machines and dryers, so you barely have to wait. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the hairdryer model and color are exactly like mine at home, which gave me a homey feeling. Cleanliness: Home Inn Plus maintains a really good standard of hygiene. Environment: My room was on the third floor, very close to the gym, laundry room, and restaurant. Parking is convenient, making it ideal for road trippers. Service: Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very enthusiastic and welcoming. Food: The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I also really liked the coffee beans! Overall, it was a great stay. Not only will I choose this place again next time, but I'll also recommend it to my friends!

We had a very nice stay. We came from Kazachstan and arrived early in the morning but we could check in early. The ladies at the reception were so friendly and helpful with everything! We could even enjoy breakfast at the day we arrived and they gave us a breakfast box on the day we left because we left very early in the morning. They also helped us with a taxi to the museum and some apps we have to use in China. The room was also nice with very comfortable beds and a nice shower. Thank you for the very nice stay and the warm welcome to China! :)

The hotel is located at the entrance of Hotan Second Street. Because of traffic congestion, it wasn't far to walk to the International Grand Bazaar, which was very convenient. The complimentary Nongfu Spring water was available at the front desk; you could refill it if needed. The room wasn't very soundproof, and the elevator was broken when we left in the morning. There's only one elevator, so we had to walk down 20 flights of stairs… Overall, the room was clean and hygienic, and we were quite satisfied.

Very satisfied, the room is big, very clean, and the location is good. It is worthy of being the flagship store in Xinjiang. It is not in the downtown area and it is very quiet to sleep. The front desk contacted me in advance before check-in, asked about my preferences and arranged this room for me. The floor-to-ceiling windows are my favorite. I like it and give a thumbs up. I especially praise the girl Xiaojia at the front desk. She is beautiful and kind. She helped me get things and brought me a charging cable as soon as possible. Thanks, five stars. I will stay here regularly when I travel on business in the future.

I returned to stay here again after a trip, and overall, I'm still very satisfied. Regarding the 'lucky bag' – I didn't receive one and am not entirely sure what that refers to. The room itself was satisfactory, and the housekeeping staff were all incredibly polite. I wouldn't have rebooked otherwise! The small BBQ joint next door is both cheap and delicious, highly recommended! However, there was a minor issue concerning the complimentary breakfast. The staff seemed quite hesitant to provide it, claiming my booking was through 'Tongcheng' – which I found confusing as I booked via Ctrip – and that 'same-city' orders were not eligible. I'm puzzled why other Ctrip bookings qualify, but mine was deemed ineligible under these conditions. Could Ctrip please clarify this? Why are there different stipulations for bookings made through your platform? This reasoning is unacceptable, and I believe Ctrip should communicate with the hotel about this. I'm also a Home Inn member, and during my first stay, I was explicitly told breakfast would be included. I would have happily left a good review without even raising this question again if that promise had been kept.
