Hi Joy Inn

I'm not entirely sure about the location, since we drove here. There's a really good hand-grabbed rice place nearby. The room facilities were so-so, but honestly, it was worth the price of over 100 yuan. There was a smell of smoke when the air conditioner was on, so I didn't sleep well all night.

This is the worst possible review. The Bluetooth door unlocking was incredibly inconvenient, and the staff acted like I owed them money. They were incredibly impatient even when asking for the Wi-Fi password. While eating in the restaurant on the first floor during off-peak hours, I was forced to leave a six-person table (there were only two tables of customers). They said they wouldn't let me order unless I changed seats. Seriously, I'm a customer here, and this is how you run a business?! At 9:30 AM, I checked out, and the front desk staff called for ages without anyone answering. I don't know how someone with this kind of service became a waiter.

Very satisfied. Great location, new facilities, and excellent service. It's basically my first choice when visiting Urumqi. I've stayed here for quite a while now, and I'm looking forward to my next trip to Urumqi.

The house itself had a musty smell from the wooden floors. It got a little better with the windows and air conditioning on. However, the view from the windows was of houses in the old town with cracked walls. The bed creaked. The room was on the third floor without an elevator, which was inconvenient for tourists with large luggage. It was also about 8 or 9 kilometers from the Grand Bazaar, which wasn't easy to get a taxi from. Although it was recommended online, I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience!

The owner of this inn is definitely a hipster. The layout is quite stylish, with accommodations upstairs and a restaurant downstairs, making dining very convenient. For a hotel with this kind of service at this price point, it's a great value and highly recommended. There's a popular tourist spot nearby, so you can explore it. The Xinjiang Museum and the Grand Bazaar are a bit further by subway, but the bus is quite convenient.

The room was not clean; they asked for it to be cleaned the next day, but it wasn't done. They couldn't extend the room by the hour; half the price only allowed extensions until 6 PM. They kept calling to urge us to leave before 6 PM, and their attitude was extremely poor.

The room wasn't very clean; there was visible dust on some surfaces, and cigarette ash on the bathroom floor. The lighting was dim, creating a somewhat gloomy atmosphere. The good thing was its excellent location with plenty of food options—the guesthouse restaurant is downstairs—and the prices were very reasonable. Anyone who isn't overly picky or obsessive-compulsive can tolerate it.

The room was clean and the decor was very unique.
